Room Information

The Garden Room maximum capacity is 220 Opens out onto a patio & gazebo area overlooking the golf course perfect for outdoor ceremonies.  Saturday Minimum $5000.00- Friday & Sunday Minimum $3000.00 (except Holidays) Minimum is before tax & service fee

 

The Augusta Room maximum capacity is 180 Opens out onto the veranda overlooking the golf course.  Saturday Minimum $5000.00-Friday & Sunday (excluding  Holidays)   Minimum $3000.00 Minimum is before tax & service fee 

The Club Room maximum capacity 60 majestic views of the golf course opens out onto the veranda area.  This space is ideal for intimate receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal & baby showers, anniversaries.

  The Library Room maximum capacity 60 Floor to ceiling custom wood wainscoting, detailed wood beams and an elegant chandelier make this room perfect for intimate weddings and rehearsal dinners.

Room Rental
The room rental fees are included in the dinner price unless the room minimum is not met.  If this is the case, the difference is charged as a room charge. Also included; china, glass stemware, silverware, white linen napkins and tablecloths (other color options and styles available upon request, additional fees may apply), hurricane lamps, serving staff and bartender (for parties with over 30 guest). 

Wedding and party packages are based on a four-hour room rental. Rehearsal Dinners are based on a three-hour rental.  An additional hour may be purchased for $500.00. Additional bar fees may apply.

Payment
A deposit and a signed rental agreement, by both parties (lessee and lesser), guarantee the room and date.  The full payment is due 7 days prior to the event from which your deposit is deducted.  Deposits are non-refundable. 
Menu choices and details are due one month prior to the event.

A guaranteed head count and room set-ups are due ten days prior to your event. Pebble Creek provides hurricane lamps for centerpieces at no additional charge.  Additional decorating is at the guest’s discretion. All food and beverages must be purchased from Pebble Creek, with the exception of a wedding cake.

 No food or beverages are permitted to leave the premises.
